Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open http://fitnologia.com/info/fitness-chat.php 2. See Invalid Encoding 3. ???PROFIT! What is the expected behavior? I expect that Chrome could offer me to change encoding manually, if it is missed. Earlier i remember there were such an opportunity, now it is gone and im going abandon the project for firefox What went wrong? Alredy in description Did this work before? Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 and also on latest chrome 68.0.3404.0 using Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13. Steps: ---------- 1. Opened http://fitnologia.com/info/fitness-chat.php 2. Observed Invalid Encoding 3. ???PROFIT! Tested this issue on M60 observing similar behavior, so considering this is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged. Thanks!
