Printers configured on Cpanel do not show up in Kiosk Only application |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.84 Chrome OS Version: 10452.45.0 Chrome OS Platform: Veyron-Fievel <b>Network info: <network, encryption type, router model (if known)></b> Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1)Configure 3 cloud printers inside Cpanel under device settings and install the following application in your domain "aajgmlihcokkalfjbangebcffdoanjfo" (2)After enrolling the device in your domain, launch the print test application. Select "print" button, after the new window appears click on "change" button. The printers that were configured inside Cpanel do not show up Expected Result: Configured printers should show up when user decides to print a document. Actual Result: No printers configured via Cpanel are shown when user attempts to print out a document. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? No workaround Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. 1.This printers configured in Cpanel are showing up in while in consumer mode. 2. Sorry. I tried both on M66 and M67 same behavior on both. Let me update the ticket to match the logs.

Can we regress and find out in which release this broke? Did this work fine in M65?

Last build this feature was tested was Chrome OS 10452.5.0, 66.0.3359.21 The feature was working fine at that time. I tried using that build again last night and I was still seeing the same outcome.

+Sean from printing team. Couldn't reproduce so far (although I only have 1 cloud printer): printer shows up as expected.

Tried this again this morning using 10575.22.0, 67.0.3396.26 on Sumo device. All three printers configured on Cpanel are showing up in kiosk mode. Closing this ticket, will re open if the problem persists. |
