Change language of "kill" unresponsive pages

Project Member Reported by dmazz...@chromium.org, Apr 23 2018

Issue description

When a Chrome tab becomes unresponsive, the text of the dialog currently says that you can "wait for them to become responsive or kill them", with dialog buttons "Kill pages" and "Wait".

I received feedback from a user who is a pacifist and didn't appreciate the use of the word "Kill" in this context.

While "kill" is a common technical term used for processes, there's no reason we need to surface that term in UI that all users may encounter from time to time.

I suggest we change the text from "kill" to "force close".

The word "close" by itself would be unclear as an action button because it could be confused with closing the dialog. "Force close" would be less ambiguous.

Looks like this was mostly already done - the bug reports must have been from older versions
