Issue descriptionThe province dropdown in footlocker.com is initially hidden. If a non-US address is used to autofill the shipping section, it becomes visible but doesn't get autofilled due to mismatching section.

The section is correct. Was the province of the profile you were testing set to Quebec? Because the select list they provide misses Quebec! Add a profile for another province and it works fine!
