[Monroe] 3.5mm mic is not working after hotplug.

Issue description

Google Chrome	67.0.3396.16 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Revision	6b4c856a3af0c06a44e51ed235bfc769040ca0d5-refs/branch-heads/3396@{#199}
Platform	10575.12.0 (Official Build) dev-channel monroe
Firmware Version	Google_Monroe.4921.17.0


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to the device.
(2) plug 3.5MM headset into device.
(3) Try to use 3.5mm mic.

What is the expected result?
3.5mm mic should work.



What happens instead?
3.5mm mic is not working. only 3.5 speakers are working.

Note: Manually switching the audio input node to Microphone (Internal) is fixing this issue.

Not able to reproduce this issue with a different 3.5mm headset.
