Visit dx.com -> shipping address (use a US address)

The field city, is a select field for which the options are loaded when country and state are filled. 

There are two fields for city, one is n text input field and the other one is a select one. At first, when country + state are not filled, the text input is visible and the select is hidden. Therefore, when we autofill the form the city is filled at first, but after a few seconds, the cities are loaded, the text input field becomes hidden and the select one becomes visible, which looks as if the value entered in the field is removed.

If I found more examples like that, I will comment on this thread.
