Middle column of Build Properties should allow copy+past of commit hash

Currently, commit hashes get abbreviated in the middle column. If the commit hash is not a link, copy+paste is not possible. See for example here: 

https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/client.v8/V8%20Linux%20-%20debug/20184

The same holds for URLs that are not clickable links, etc.

Any of the following fixes would be OK for me:

- Just don't abbreviate in the middle column.
- Have the tooltip (which contains the content of the column) stick after a single left click in the column.
- Copy contents of column to clipboard on left-click.

Given how big most of the pages are, I think not abbreviating the middle column makes sense.

This design was carried over from the buildbot days.  I think they just wanted to save some pixels but I don't think it really makes a whole lot of sense now.
