The Print Dialog Janks When There Are A Lot of Printers

When there are 2000 printers in the list, the search box janks as you type in the search query.

I believe this has been addressed by [1] in the new Print Preview UI (--enable-features=NewPrintPreview). See the CL description for a detailed list of before/after timings.
