SVG path elements disappear

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attached sample

What is the expected behavior?
There should be three lines on the picture

What went wrong?
In my environment, there is only one red path, others are rendered but then disappear.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.117  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0.16299

Here is about://gpu result.
Disabling GPU rasterization solves the problem

Able to reproduce this issue on 66.0.3359.117, on latest canary 68.0.3404.0 using Windows 10. Issue is not seen in Linux and Mac.

Issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged.
