Regression: Unwanted line selection is seen in OOBE

Chrome Version:67.0.3396.16/10575.12.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE/Welcome screen
(2)Multiple click between the Welcome text and the image and observe

Actual: Weird line selection is seen
Expected: No such unwanted selection should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 66.0.3359.79/10452.42.0_Beta

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
