interactive_ui_tests failing on multiple builders following --site-per-process being turned on by default

Project Member Reported by sheriff-...@appspot.gserviceaccount.com, Apr 23 2018

Issue description

Filed by sheriff-o-matic@appspot.gserviceaccount.com on behalf of clamy@google.com

interactive_ui_tests failing on multiple builders

Builders failed on:
- linux-chromeos-rel:
  https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.chromiumos/builders/linux-chromeos-rel

CrossSiteSubframe/DragAndDropBrowserTest.DragImageBetweenFrames/0 and CrossSiteSubframe/DragAndDropBrowserTest.DragImageFromDisappearingFrame/0 have been flaky since --site-per-process was turned on by default. See https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.chromiumos/builders/linux-chromeos-rel/builds/7129.

We have bug 835572 and bug 835573 already. I also see CrossSiteSubframe/DragAndDropBrowserTest.DropTextFromOutside/0 failing just now. Should we combine them all into one bug?

And now CrossSiteSubframe/DragAndDropBrowserTest.DragStartInFrame/0 fails. I'll just disable them all instead of playing whack-a-mole.

I think that's all. Hope the tests can be fixed and re-enabled soon.

Disable DragAndDropBrowserTest.DragStartInFrame in all debug configs.

It times out flakily.
