REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any input method
2.Touch and hold the Voice input button
3.Touch any where on VK
4.Release all touching fingers

Actual result: 
The Voice input icon turn to be high-lighted.

Note:
1.The Voice input icon is still high-lighted, even after i switch to another input method, or hide then reopen VK.
2.The Voice input icon will goes back to normal after i click it again.
