What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Pixelbook extended display (acer 4k via cablematters dvi)
2. Open the launcher.
3. Press the ^ icon to expand the launcher to full screen.

What is the expected result?
The entire list of installed application is visible.


What happens instead of that?
The expanded launcher scrolls up then disappears.
