Print to pdf doesn't work for some pages.

With UI 1. Navigate to URL above 2. Scroll down to load the media like images 3. print the page and it will freeze at preview window. the UI still respond to my clicks but it does not show the preview, neither can i print the page B. headless chrome/chromium 1. run ```chromium-browser --headless --disable-gpu --print-to-pdf $URL_ABOVE --enable-logging --v=1``` 2. the headless chromium stopped with no pdf generated, printing the following lines repeatly: ``` [0423/101638.738949:VERBOSE1:logging_network_change_observer.cc(108)] Observed a network change to state CONNECTION_UNKNOWN [0423/102137.319499:VERBOSE1:logging_network_change_observer.cc(85)] Observed a change to the network IP addresses ``` In both situation chromium takes 100% of a cpu thread What is the expected behavior? chromium could save a pdf file for me What went wrong? it freeze somewhere when printing the page Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu bionic Flash Version: None

The page is a bit on the large side. Blink is spending a lot of time laying out the page for printing.
