Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3403.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: facebook.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to facebook.com 2. Wait and scrolling 3. And the scrolling (with arrows or mouse) is dead What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Scrolling (Mouse and Arrows don't work to scroll down) Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes In the stable Chrome Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 68.0.3403.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.155

birobence19@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Canary 68.0.3403.0 and Stable 66.0.3359.117 and unable to reproduce the issue. Able to scroll through the facebook feed smoothly using the mouse and arrow keys. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

birobence19@ we are waiting for more feedback from you, could you please reply to comment #3 and #4? Could you please explain the repo steps in more details? Waiting for what? or how long? Scrolling doesn't work from the beginning or does it stop after a while? Also it seems like you mentioned that neither mouse wheel nor arrow keys work, is that right?
