Letter which was in combination most recently is copied to Primary

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install nimf(https://github.com/cogniti/nimf)
2. type hangul letters
3. click middle button on mouse.

What is the expected behavior?
I think chromium may have the code to copy text to primary and it makes bug when use nimf.

What went wrong?
the letter which is in combination most recently is copied to primary and when click middle button, the letter pastes.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 4.16.2-1-ARCH
Flash Version: 29.0.0.140

the bug works when type japanese but i'm not sure about chinese.

sudo0272@ -- Could you please share 'nimf' application to install on Debian Rodete or any sample test case to reproduce at Chrome TE's end. This would help us in reproducing the issue and triaging further.

I checked nimf's github repository has been archived. He says "You'll pay for money to fix bugs by me".

My chromium version is 67.0.3396.62.
Thus, do I have to downgrade version?
