Certificate missing error launched, but certificate chain is shown as valid

Reported by cmmoelle...@gmail.com, Apr 22 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://meine.dke.de
2. Site is not opened (see attached file)
3. But certificate chain is valid (see attached file)!

What is the expected behavior?
In other tested browsers (Safari, Firefox) the site opens without any error.

What went wrong?
Perhaps it has something to do with trying to open this site once, while the internet connection was VERY bad. Since then, this error pops up.

Did this work before? Yes see what went wrong

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.117 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4
Flash Version:

Update didn't change the behaviour

This site needs to replace its certificate.
