Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. visit youtube login to google account 2. Turn on the dark theme 3. Try to turn off the dark theme What is the expected behavior? it changes text from dark to light or should not reset when visit again What went wrong? the toggle button reset when visiting again Did this work before? No Chrome version: 66.0.3359.117 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: this is not a major issue just a user interface but make it correct

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #66.0.3359.117 and latest canary #68.0.3404.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
