Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://sinst.html.xdomain.jp/zengaku/jkkn/chrome_bug4.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a textarea 2. Apply padding to it 3. Set wrap attribute ="off" 4. Write a long line in there What is the expected behavior? All padding (top, bottom, left, right) should be rendered. What went wrong? Only padding-right is ignored. Rendered as if textarea has style of "padding-right:0". Other padding (top, bottom, left) is rendered correctly. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 66.0.3359.117 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This might be similar to Issue 81560, but totally different.

dwt101092@ Thanks for the feedback. Able to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.13.3,Windows 10 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Canary 68.0.3403.0 and Stable 66.0.3359.117 and able to reproduce the issue by the given link above. Attached is the screen shot for reference. This is a Non-Regression issue as this behaviour is observed from M60 Chrome builds. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..

Safari on my iPad has the same bug. Perhaps Safari and Chrome may implement wrap="off" with similar code... |
