Motion blur cursor is clipped incorrectly with zoom slider

This might affect other cases of sw cursor too. Motion blur cursor is just one way to force the sw cursor on.

To reproduce, enable #ash-enable-cursor-motion-blur in about:flags and change zoom factor by pressing ctrl-shift-"-" a couple of times. Notice that cursor is not visible on the right side of the screen, and not scaled correctly.
