Since the last OS Update I'm getting a lot of performance issues and crashes

Simply restarted chrome and Google Music app

Flash Version: 29.0.0.134 

Also the performance is extermy slow.

Just let Google know in detail by OS Version, type of CPU and flash version via chrome browers feedback. Since you on the "Beta" channel.
