Currently when the user provides a custom PPD when settings up a printer, there is no indication in the edit printer dialog that the printer is using a custom PPD.

We should provide something in the dialog to show the PPD that is currently being used, whether by population the input field with the current value, or displaying a separate field which says something like "Current PPD in use".
