[SoM] Link giving 404 to Marshmallow 64 bit Tester |

Issue descriptionI don't know if this is a SoM bug or some other part of the infrastucture, but thought I'd start here. When I click the link to "Marshmallow 64 bit Tester [18 out of the last 18 builds have failed]" I get a 404. Can you help me find this tester? I looked in the builders list at https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.android/builders but can't find it there either. +jbudorick in case he knows.

OK, this all makes sense now. One thing didn't make sense at first was this: SoM keeps increasing the number of failed builds (Now saying 18 out of the last 18 builds have failed) but this link shows only recent success. Oh, I see now -- these so-called successful build are actually failures: E.g. https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/Marshmallow%2064%20bit%20Tester/21111 listed as a success shows a failure in the "chrome_public_test_apk (experimental) on Android" step. #2: one point of clarification: we do consider those successful builds, though SoM doesn't (currently). The point of experimental suites is to allow us to run a suite on a bot without failing the bot if the suite fails (which is why recent builds are green).
