https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/manifest currently includes "background_page".  The entries here are generated from the _manifest_features.json files in the source, but that key was removed in crrev.com/2ae7902675b313bf00bbbff28f1b8bf4d02bb81e.  It's unclear why the server isn't updating properly.
