What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigation to https://immersive-web.github.io/webxr-samples/tests/permission-request.html
(2) Click Enter VR button
(3) Allow a few permissions.
(4) Adjust your view so you are looking in the corner of the room.  The original location should be of to your left/right about 45 degress.
(5) Long press the App button to cause the permission toasts to appear.

What is the expected result?
They should be displayed in front of the user.

What happens instead?
They are displayed in the original location.  There is even a ghost image flashed on the screen in the right location but then it is gone.
