update_lab_tools fails on dut-servo-check

Issue description
If you run update_lab_tools, or setup_lab_tools, the command output
will include this error:
chmod: cannot access '/usr/local/google/home/jrbarnette/repos/cros.lab/chromeos-admin/lab-tools/dut-servo-check': No such file or directory
The problem is that the source file for the command has been renamed
in this CL:
