1. Open https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5257e.pdf
2. Go to page 2.
3. Under "CONTACT INFORMATION", "2 - Residential Address", "Street name", paste "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore"
4. Move the cursor with the left and right arrows. It should work.
5. Move the cursor with the up and down arrows.
Actual: Nothing
Expected: Cursor moves up and down jumping from line to line.
