Chrome66 - DevTools was disconnect to the page

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. debug one js file
2. after some time, devtools was disconnect
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
should not disconnected

What went wrong?
DevTools was disconnected and the page is crashed

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.117  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

this is not happened before chrome 66. please help to check.
it was block our work.

aisnote@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.3. on the reported version 66.0.3359.117 and the latest Canary 68.0.3403.0 by following the below steps.

1. Launched chrome and opened a js file.
2. added breakpoints to the code and hit on debugger icon.
3. Cannot observe any crash on Devtools after waiting for sometime as well.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

Also request you to provide the Crash ID from chrome://crashes, which will help in further triaging of the issue.
