Yeah, I migrated the builder before realizing that luci-to-buildbot triggers don't work.

Force-migrated the N test bot once I realized. New link should be:

Yeah, we had a number of VR issues go in all around the same time.  Issue 835445  should be the last one that hasn't been fixed yet.

K, will keep this open until that's fixed and it's as green as it was pre-luci-flip

Looks like the migration to LUCI may have also broken result details for instrumentation tests? Looks like it's getting a 403 when uploading the results:
AccessDeniedException: 403 chromium-ci-builder@chops-service-accounts.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.create access to chromium-result-details.

Gave it the needed ACLs, so links in future builds should work.

Results work, and the bot should be turning green again (most recent build looks good).
