Hm, an error loading the root certs library (libnssckbi.so). (-8018 is "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_PKCS11_ERROR".)

Try running "dpkg -V libnss3" to verify your NSS package files. If that doesn't show anything, you could try moving your $HOME/.pki directory out of the way, so that a clean one will be created.

hm, -5992 is PR_NOT_IMPLEMENTED_ERROR. Strange. Do you know if Kali modifies the libnss3 package at all from debian? (Different patches or buildflags or such?)
etemesicaleb@gmail.com: ping, can you reply to comment #8?

If you're still experiencing the issue I'd recommend filing a bug with your distro. Going to close this based on the lack of feedback and that it doesn't seem like a chromium bug.
