Network file share for ChromeOS fails on arm

Issue description

ChromeOS version: 65.0.3325.209 (Official Build) (32-bit)
ChromeOS device model: ASUS Chromebook Flip C100PA (veyron_minnie) 
Case#: 15299939

Description: on arm chromebooks the extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/network-file-share-for-ch/ndjpildffkeodjdaeebdhnncfhopkajk is not working but it's possible to install


Steps to reproduce: 
install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/network-file-share-for-ch/ndjpildffkeodjdaeebdhnncfhopkajk

Current Behavior / Reproduction: 
after inserting share path, username & password, it's forever spinning "mounting network share"

the network share is mounted

in the ui.log I see:

Nothing has changed in NaCl for a long time I think?

We are currently looking to replace this extension with something natively built into CrOS.

We'll have a quick look to see if it's something trivial, but possibly the short term solution will just be to block install on ARM until the new implementation is ready.
