Existing docked mode retains large cursor on screen

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...) 65 Beta. Caroline.


What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open up Chromebook while docked to USB-C external monitor.
Close down to exit Mirror mode and keep only external monitor.

What is the expected result?
Mouse cursor is of normal size.


What happens instead?
Mouse cursor is at a very large size.

I've also filed a feedback report. This has happened a couple of times already. I'm updating to the latest beta to see if this issue has been fixed. Will report if I stop seeing it in the days to come.

This is done on the UI side, Albert is probably in a better position to triage. Maybe oshima@ also knows.
