Reported by komm...@googlemail.com, Apr 20 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Dev Console
2. Go to https://www.troyhunt.com/enumerationis-enumerating-resources-on-a-website-hacking/
3. See warning "The resource https://disqus.com/next/config.js was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally."

What is the expected behavior?
Last sentence of the warning should probably be "Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally."
