Issue descriptionFailing most of the time for unrelated CLs. E.g.: https://logs.chromium.org/v/?s=infra%2Fbuildbucket%2Fcr-buildbucket.appspot.com%2F8948755136069636256%2F%2B%2Fsteps%2Fpresubmit%2F0%2Fstdout But there are very few passes, so maybe it's flaky.

Lower prio for fixing the test (which has been disabled). I couldn't repro this locally though. Maybe specific to the bot? Or to running on LUCI?

Stephen, this is probably due to deletion of chromium.gpu master in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/tools/build/+/24d49765e4a7811543b27a47fc108a4abf29f412. Please remove it also from logdog-params.pyl, as in #7
