What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Playstore >>select any app for install
(2)From Ubertray/Accessibility >> enable Docked Magnifier
(3)Disable docked Magnifier and observe black patch at bottom 

Actual: Black patch is seen in Playstore apps page when we enable and disable Docked Magnifier
Expected: No such black patch should be seen

Raising this as Non-regression issue as the feature is newly implemented in M-67

Note:Issue is not seen for Linux,Windows OS
