Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3396.10 OS: Mac OS 10.13.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable MacViews-Browser (2) Enter into full screen clicking the full screen option under Wrench menu. (3) Exit from full screen and enter any url in the omnibox and hit enter to navigate to that URL. What is the expected result? > User should navigate to the entered URL upon hitting ENTER. What happens instead? >Nothing happens on entering URL and presssing ENTER key. >Opening/closing the new/existing tab also doesn't work.Have to close and relaunch the browser to be able to use omnibox again. >The same scenario works fine when Entered-exit from full screen under the View menu of System title bar.
