[iOS] Fullscreen Bug: Content jumps a disproportionate distance from scroll offset changes. |

Issue descriptionSome pages re-render in a choppy fashion while scroll events occur. This is likely the result of an expensive page rendering pipeline, as it seems to occur on heavier pages (see The Guardian example below). This issue seems to be avoided by enabling the fullscreen content inset experiment.
