Issue descriptionAdd unit tests: 1. After entering tablet mode, the app list is opened. After exiting tablet mode, the app list is closed. 2. In tablet mode, the app list is put in container kShellWindowId_AppListTabletModeContainer. 3. In tablet mode, the app list has 10% background opacity and the background blur is disabled. 4. In tablet mode, the app list cannot be dismissed with tapping on the background, accelerator (ESC, Back and Search), launching a app and clicking a search result. 5. In tablet mode, the app list cannot be gesture-scrolled. 6. In tablet mode, the app list is hidden when overview mode is on and is shown when overview mode is off. 7. In tablet mode, the app list cannot be opened through dragging shelf. 8. In tablet mode, Search key should minimize all windows that are not the app list. Also, it should ends overview mode and split view mode if they are on.
