This is something we've considered in the past so I'm definitely open to it.  I could probably figure out "top bugs / release blockers" on my own, but how would you define an "important CL" - are you talking about CLs you've landed that might need action, or CLs that are awaiting your review in Gerrit, or something else?  The former is easier, the latter more difficult, though I have played with the Gerrit API in the past to the point of parsing their endpoints - but TBH I couldn't figure out which CLs get returned that a developer would consider important.
