[MacViews-Browser] Favicons are no longer centered in the Omnibox Dropdown

Chrome Version: Canary Version 68.0.3400.0
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews-Browser
(2) Enable Omnibox UI Show Suggestion Favicons
(3) Type Something into the Omnibox

What is the expected result?
Favicons should be centered in the Dropdown.

What happens instead?
Favicons are no longer centered.

This is to see in macOS. But maybe a general Views issue - also on Windows?

This issue seems to be fixed in latest Canary Version 68.0.3402.0 on macOS 10.12.6.
