Handle situations with only few suggestions in the CAS |

Issue descriptionThe CAS looks very empty if there are only a few suggestions. We should find ways to fill the empty space or make the CAS height adjustable.

Updating to M69 based on our prioritization list. We're mapping P1.5's in the doc to P2 for M68 in crbug and the P2's in the doc to P1's or P2's for M69.

+janicewong@ Janice, would you say that this is "fixed" by filtering results server side to only those with 3+ suggestions? Or is there still UX design work that needs to be done for M69?

Marking as fixed based on decision to filter results to 3+ suggestions. From my perspective, that's the best way to address this issue. |
