Hi, The issue seems to be fixed after I deleted this folder: C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-5-21-1893156158-846331627-1929272136-1004 What does this folder do? I'm wondering how I can mitigate this in the future.

Hi any updates? I have multiple users with this issue, I have since allocated a laptop that is having the issue so I can grab screenshots or videos, or even setup a screen share upon request.

Hi, Yes I have tried with a new profile. That did not work. The issue does not occur in Incognito mode. Please see comment 1 for crash report, Chrome is not generating crash reports, however I can send screenshots if that will help.

Do we have any idea what the folder (C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-5-21-1893156158-846331627-1929272136-1004) does? Once i delete that the issue goes away for awhile, then comes back sometime later.
