Black hole window ate my tabs!

Chrome Version: 68.0.3400.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit) (cohort: Clang-32)
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- I have no idea, only seen this happen with a window that contains a PDF document, though.

What is the expected result?
- The window shouldn't be black.

What happens instead?
- The window is black, see attached screen shot.
- I can drag tabs in and out.
- They will render to black as soon as they drop into the problem window.
- The will render normally as soon as I drag them out.

The window can be dragged around, resized, minimized, etc. It will render the profile popup and the hotdog menu correctly, and it has the windows system menues.

Mkay, I can repro this. Minimize a browser window, quit the browser. Start the browser, and the minimized window(s) are now a black hole.
