Profile menu is hidden upon clicking avatar icon when we change mac language to arabic |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3396.0 OS: MacOS 10.13.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. --enable-features=ViewsBrowserWindows 2. Change Mac language to arabic and restart the machine 3. Launch chrome and observe whole window is seen in RTL 4. Now click on 'Avatar' icon & observed popup menu is hidden at left hand side. User unable to view the menu options. What is the expected result? User should be able to view Profile menu upon clicking Avatar icon (Top left corner) What happens instead? User unable to view Profile menu upon clicking Avatar icon (Top left corner) & popup is hiding at left hand side Note: 1. Issue is not seen without enabling above flag Please see the attached screen cast & screenshot for your reference. Thank you!

I can't repro this on 68.0.3401.0, same macOS version. Could you try again with the latest Canary?

The value for chrome://flags#account-consistency stands out, but setting it to that still doesn't repro for me. Also tried a touchbar Mac, also no repro. jmukthavaram@ could you see if you can repro this on different hardware or try setting different values for the account consistency flag? I'm sort of at a loss :/

Response to C#7: Tested this same issue with same steps in C#0 on mac 10.13.3 using chrome latest Canary-68.0.3406.0 & seems issue working as intended. Now user able to view Profile menu (which is opening at right hand side) upon clicking Avatar icon (positioned at Top left corner). Please find the attached screencast for reference. Thanks.!
