Summary: Nested COLGROUP causes stack overflow during layout tree buidling (was: Abrt in blink::FlatTreeTraversalNg::TraverseParent)
Mark WontFix because this is cause by nested COLGROUP at document element, e.g. document.documentElement == COLGROUP.
