Unclear why they are failing, the only change in these builds was a revert.

 Issue 834785  has been merged into this issue.

We are still able to build windows binaries but the sizes step is failing.  Looks like we are deleting some files somewhere that we shouldn't?

Since there is no clear culprit I am bugging the trooper to see if there is an infra issue we are unaware of. 


Adding grt@ as the owner of the sizes script as well in case he has any insight.
