Issue descriptionChrome version :68.0.3400.0 (Official Build) Revision 9f775bf70a07668811dfc3b55bbd2e5f9c910fd0-refs/heads/master@{#551875}(64-bit) OS: Mac X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) Pre-condition:Login with valid credentials in gmail.com Test URL:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-to-google-drive/gmbmikajjgmnabiglmofipeabaddhgne?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to above url and download the extension. 2.Navigate to gmail.com 3.Click on extension in omnibox and observe the sign in chrome overlay. Actual Result:After sign in to chrome 'UNDO' AND 'OK GOT IT' Overlay shifts to left upper side. Expected Result:After sign in to chrome 'UNDO' AND 'OK GOT IT' Overlay should not shift to left upper side. This is a regression issue broken in “M-64”and providing with the per-revision bisect info: Good Build:64.0.3271.0(Revision: 517251) Bad Build:64.0.3272.0(Revision:517671) You are probably looking for a change made after 517346 (known good), but no later than 517347 (first known bad). I just tested this on my Mac with the latest Canary version 68.0.3432.0 and couldn't reproduce. Could you check whether this issue still exists? Also downgrading to P2 because I don't think this is a severe issue.

Update: With respect to comment #4 I retested and issue is still reproducible.Retested the issue with same steps in which issue is reproducible with pre-condition only.
