Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached sticky-bug.html file in browser 2. Slowly scroll down until the "Navigation" element will be off the viewport What is the expected behavior? When "Sticky bar" will reach the top and the secondary bar will be hidden the browser should not change the scroll position. What went wrong? The browser changed scroll position. It bumped to up. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.4 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 and latest canary 68.0.3404.0 using Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 17.10. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0). Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!

This seems to be a scroll anchoring bug. The scroll anchoring is bumping the scroll position up to the top of the page (If I turn scroll anchoring off in chrome://flags it works as expected). |
