Issue descriptionChrome Version: Chrome Version: 68.0.3400.0 (Official Build)Revision 9f775bf70a07668811dfc3b55bbd2e5f9c910fd0-refs/heads/master@{#551875} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows(10Touch device) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to https://permission.site and click on 'Pointer lock' option. (2) Now tap/touch on wrench icon and hover on wrench option using touch pad. (3) Observe Actual: Unwanted hover effect is seen even though pointer is locked. Expected: No such a hover effect should seen. This is a non-regression issue from M60 series. Note: 1.Issue not seen on Win(7,8,8.1), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) and Linux (14.04 LTS) OS. 2.Issue is seen on Beta/Stable #66.0.3359.117 and latest Dev build #67.0.3396.10

We should probably unlock pointer and send a leave event when user tap the wrench icon. Navid, WDYT?

You should have to change the status of untriggered because it's a non_regression issue I also faced this problem in my window 10 for solving this problem I take help from this site:https://www.acersupportnumber.com/blog/fix-windows-10-keeps-restarting-on-acer-laptop/ and I found all the instructions is really helpful for me. |
