Regression:Password bubble dismisses after tap/touch on 'select all' option of context menu.

Chrome Version: 68.0.3400.0 (Official Build)Revision 9f775bf70a07668811dfc3b55bbd2e5f9c910fd0-refs/heads/master@{#551875} (32/64-bit) 
OS: Windows 10 Touch device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://twitter.com/ ,login with valid credentials
(2)Tap on key icon, tap and hold on username field such that selection menu appears
(3)Tap on 3 dots(..)such that context menu appears,now touch on select all option and observe.

Actual: Password bubble dismisses after tap/touch on 'select all' option of context menu.

Expected: Password bubble should not dismiss and username should get selected after tap/touch on 'select all' option of context menu.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M66' and below is the manual bisect info
Good Build: 66.0.3357.0(Revision:539660)
Bad Build:  66.0.3358.0(Revision:539998)

Note: 
1.Issue not seen on Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) and Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
2.Issue is seen on latest Dev build #67.0.3396.10

Note:
Unable to narrow down the range using per-revision bisect as chrome build crashes after launch,hence providing the bisect using old script

Narrow Bisect info:
You are probably looking for a change made after 539675 (known good), but no later than 539724 (first known bad).
